The place is conveniently located near shopping centers, including the Turkey Creek shopping center with popular stores and dining options, and the rooms are nicely decorated for a comfortable stay.

The bed was comfy, the food was good and the rooms were clean

The soda machines didn't work half the time and the pool wasn't ready for the busy weekend

Hotel was little, excellent services, and it had easy location close to restaurants. Location: the property was near to shopping centers and the Turkey Creek shopping centre which has Wal-mart and blocks department stores.  

I really enjoyed the room here. The king bed was super comfy, and I appreciated having a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. The free high-speed internet was a nice bonus too. 🌐 The decor had a cozy vibe, which made the room 

Staff was friendly. It was close to dining and shopping. The free breakfast had plenty of options. Bed was comfortable.

Room on the first floor had a musty, mildewy odor. The floor felt damp and made feet dirty. Even the pillows had a damp feel. The bathroom looked clean at first, but could see mold on closer inspection of the seams of the shower/tub.

The location is great, only 1 mile from Turkey Creek Shopping Complex and the staff is very helpful, I would definitely return because I enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast is perfect at the front desk, had GOOD food.

The rooms with a king bed, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and free high-speed internet were great. the staff was very nice and courteous. the location close to Grigsby Chapel Greenway was fantastic. 

Simple check-in and on-site parking. Clean room with a comfortable king-size bed. Very good staff and an awesome location near many eateries, restaurants, and shopping centers.

The room was exceptional and huge. The staff was kind. Awesome, amazing location in Knoxville, really close to two restaurants, Cracker Barrel and Dave Macs, and department stores.

This venue has a great location near all the newest shops, restaurants, the center, and Bryson City, making it very convenient for guests.

The staff is extremely helpful and customer-oriented. The rooms have wonderful comfy beds. The hotel has a nice swimming pool. The location is comfortable and in the best possible spot, not far from Turkey Creek. 

Stayed in a room that was spotless, with super comfy beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. The location was awesome, surrounded by a nice area with a mall and cool specialty shops just a stone's throw away.
